Cada comunitat aut\u00f2noma t\u00e9 la capacitat d&#8217;establir el propi percentatge per a aquest impost, cosa que significa que l&#8217;ITP varia segons la regi\u00f3. <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Aquest impost representa una part important del cost total de ladquisici\u00f3 dun habitatge. Generalment, la taxa varia entre el 6 i el 10% del preu de l&#8217;habitatge, depenent de la comunitat aut\u00f2noma.
